| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies represent a high-performance class of fluorescent reagents characterized by strong signal intensity and high photostability. Rabbit Anti-Sheep IgG (H+L) ATTO390 is antigen-specific and affinity purified to remove essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to sheep IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO390 and features a long Stokes shift of 86 nm (λex 390 nm | λem 476 nm). Following conjugation, the product is further purified by size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) to minimize free dye and low-molecular-weight impurities, supporting low background in imaging applications. This reagent is free of preservatives and protein additives (such as BSA), supporting sensitive fluorescence workflows. It is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at ambient temperature; a glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use). |
