Rabbit Anti-Sheep IgG (H+L) ATTO430LS
Antibody produced in rabbit, affinity purified
Cat. #: 3302-1MG
Applications
Designed for fluorescence-based methods including immunofluorescence microscopy and multiplex staining. The long Stokes shift of ATTO430LS facilitates spectral separation in multi-color experiments. Preservative- and protein-additive-free (e.g., no BSA), supporting sensitive workflows and compatibility with live-cell techniques where applicable.

| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are high-performance fluorescent reagents characterized by strong signal intensity and high photostability. Rabbit Anti-Sheep IgG (H+L) ATTO430LS is antigen-specific and affinity purified to remove essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to sheep IgG.
The antibody is conjugated to ATTO430LS and features a long Stokes shift of 109 nm (Abs. max. 436 nm | Em. max. 545 nm), supporting multiplex workflows by facilitating spectral separation. Following conjugation, the product is further purified by gel filtration/size-exclusion to minimize free dye and low-molecular-weight impurities, helping reduce background fluorescence.
This reagent is free of preservatives and protein additives (such as BSA), supporting sensitive fluorescence applications. It is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at ambient temperature; a glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use).
