Rabbit Anti-Sheep IgG (H+L) ATTO490LS
Antibody produced in rabbit, affinity purified
Cat. #: 3304-1MG
Applications
Designed for fluorescence-based workflows including immunofluorescence microscopy, multiplex imaging, and spectral unmixing. The large Stokes shift of ATTO490LS supports robust channel separation and reduced bleed-through in multi-color experiments. Preservative- and protein-additive-free (e.g., no BSA), supporting sensitive applications and low-background staining.

| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are high-performance fluorescent reagents characterized by high signal intensity and strong photostability. Rabbit Anti-Sheep IgG (H+L) ATTO490LS is antigen-specific and affinity purified to remove essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to sheep IgG.
The antibody is conjugated to ATTO490LS (Abs. max. 490 nm | Em. max. 655 nm) and provides a large Stokes shift of 165 nm, supporting multiplex imaging and spectral separation with reduced background interference. Following conjugation, the product is further purified by gel filtration/size-exclusion to minimize unbound dye and low-molecular-weight impurities.
This reagent is free of preservatives and protein additives (such as BSA), supporting sensitive fluorescence applications. It is supplied as a lyophilized powder (1.0 mg) and shipped at ambient temperature; a glycerol buffer is provided for convenient reconstitution and subsequent storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use).
