Rabbit Anti-Sheep IgG (H+L) ATTO565
Antibody produced in rabbit, affinity purified
Cat. #: 3308-1MG
Applications
Suitable for fluorescence-based immunoassays including immunofluorescence microscopy and multiplex imaging. ATTO565 provides strong signal intensity and high photostability for high-resolution microscopy. Preservative- and protein-additive-free (e.g., no BSA) to support low-background staining and compatibility with sensitive fluorescence workflows, including live-cell techniques.

| Description |
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies are high-performance fluorescent reagents characterized by high signal intensity and strong photostability. Rabbit Anti-Sheep IgG (H+L) ATTO565 is antigen-specific and affinity purified to remove essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to sheep IgG.
The antibody is conjugated to ATTO565 (Abs. max. 563 nm | Em. max. 592 nm) and is further purified by size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) to reduce unbound dye and minimize background.
The antibody is supplied without preservatives and without protein additives (such as BSA), supporting sensitive fluorescence applications including live-cell techniques. It is delivered as 1.0 mg lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. A glycerol buffer is included for convenient reconstitution and storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use).

| Purification notes |
Affinity purification effectively removed all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to sheep IgG. After dye conjugation, the antibody is further purified by size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) to reduce unbound dye and support low background. |
| Storage instructions |
Store as glycerol stock at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. |
| Shipping conditions |
Shipped at ambient temperature. |
| Remarks |
For Use in Research only. Not for Use in Human or Veterinary Diagnostical or Therapeutical Applications. |
Buffers and antibodies from Hypermol® are made of the ultrapure reagents in Milli-Q™ water, as described in our publications.
