Applications
Secondary antibody for fluorescence-based detection in immunofluorescence microscopy and other fluorescence workflows. The ATTO700 dye provides strong fluorescence and high photostability, supporting high-resolution imaging and multiplex staining in the far-red/NIR range. Preservative- and protein-additive-free (e.g., no BSA) to help minimize background and improve compatibility with sensitive applications, including live-cell techniques.

| Description |
Rabbit Anti-Sheep IgG (H+L) ATTO700 is an antigen-specific secondary antibody for fluorescence applications. Affinity purification removed essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to sheep IgG. The antibody is conjugated to ATTO700 (Abs. max. 700 nm | Em. max. 719 nm) and further purified by size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) to reduce unbound dye and support low background. Preservative-free and free of protein additives such as BSA, supporting sensitive workflows including live-cell techniques. Supplied as 1.0 mg lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. A glycerol buffer is included for convenient reconstitution and storage at -20°C (including aliquoting for repeated use). |
