Custom antibody labelling for primary and secondary antibodies allows you to work with premium labelled fluorescent antibodies of your choice. Hypermol labels any primary or secondary antibody the dye you desire. Although using ATTO dyes for our own assortment, we conjugate your antibody with any dye commercially available.

Your antibodies are labeled, purified and aliquoted in portions of your choice.

Validation of the antibody by western blot & determination of dilution

Your fluorescent antibody is tested on a cell extract and/or antigen of your choice to determine the effective dilution. The cell ectract / antigen is run a 15% SDS-gel, transferred to nitrocellulose and developed withJetStain. For your documentation western blots are provided with the antibody.

Affinity purification of IgG

Purification of primary antibodies from cell culture supernatants are affinity purified on G- or A-Sepharose for volumes up to 250ml. Larger volumes are purified by ion-exchange chromatography.
