Validation of Labeled Antibodies
All labeled antibodies undergo comprehensive testing to ensure functionality and optimal performance:
- Western Blot Validation: The labeled antibody is tested on a cell extract or antigen of your choice.
- Effective Dilution Testing: Antibodies are tested on a 15% SDS-gel, transferred to nitrocellulose, and developed using JetStain.
- Documentation Provided: Western blot results and validation data are included for your reference.
Affinity Purification of IgG
We provide affinity purification of primary antibodies from cell culture supernatants:
- Volumes up to 1L : Purified on G- or A-Sepharose.
- Larger Volumes: Processed using ion-exchange chromatography (inquire for details).
