ε-ATP-loaded rabbit skeletal muscle α-actin for monitoring nucleotide exchange, protein binding and conformational changes in G-actin systems.

Etheno-ATP-Actin from Hypermol® is rabbit skeletal muscle α-actin loaded with fluorescent Etheno-ATP. The product is designed for sensitive fluorescence-based assays with actin-binding proteins and regulatory factors.

The fluorescent nucleotide provides a direct readout for G-actin nucleotide exchange, fluorescence quenching, RET experiments and anisotropy changes during protein interaction or conformational rearrangement.
