General Information for Payment

Purchase orders are principally paid within 30 days after receipt of invoice. Invoices can be paid
by bank transfer or check. Payments by credit card via "mail order" as described below, are withdrawn after 15 days.  

Payments are not processed by our e-shop. All products ordered through the e-shop are
shipped to your location, including the invoice to be paid within 30 days.

Bank transfer 

 
Payment terms: 30 days due net after receipt of invoice.

• Invoices are shipped with the goods.
• Date of shipping is date of invoice.

Credit Card (mail, email or telephone order)


We accept payment by VISA or MasterCard by so called "mail order". 

"Mail order" describes a process, by which you submit the following details, when placing an order:

Credit card name: VISA or MasterCard
Holders first name(s):
Holders last name(s):
Credit card number:
3 digit code:
Expiration date:

Payment terms: within 14 days after despatch of the order. The secure transaction takes for us another 15 days, which means that our company finally receives the money after 30 days. Cheque / Check

 
The bank charge for the submission of cheques is 18.00 EUR. For payment by cheque we therefore add 18.00 EUR to the invoice to compensate the bank charge.
