ATTO-Actin (skeletal muscle)
The Colours of Actin
The bright way to visualize actin interactions…
ATTO-Actins are key tools for studying actin dynamics and quantitative fluorescence readouts.
Ready-to-use fluorescent actin conjugates for modern workflows across fluorescence microscopy (epifluorescence, confocal, and high-resolution laser-based systems), biophysical spectroscopy, and biochemical interaction assays. ATTO-Actins combine high photostability, strong absorption, and high fluorescence quantum yield—properties demanded by current imaging and quantification techniques.
These conjugates are prepared by esterification of lysine residues using activated ATTO dyes and are validated to retain polymerization behavior comparable to native actin.
