Talin
Challenging crosstalks.
Talin isolated from smooth muscle has a molecular mass of ~270kD. Talin consists of a 220kD rod containing actin, vinculin and integrin binding sites and an N-terminal 47kD head region with a FERM domain. The actin-binding multiligand protein Talin interacts e.g. with phospholipids, signaling molecules, and cytoskeletal components.
Talin is supplied as a readily soluble protein, in a stable form as lyophilized protein, fully functional after reconstitution.
Proteins from Hypermol are of validated high biological activity, as described in our publications.
