Protein description
|
Actin from rabbit skeletal muscle is a single chain polypeptide with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 375 amino acids. ATTO647-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO647 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues.
ATTO647-Actin (λex 647nm, λem669nm) possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin.
