42kDa
Protein description
Actin from rabbit skeletal muscle is a single chain polypeptide with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 375 amino acids. ATTO550-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO550 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues. ATTO550-Actin (λex 550nm, λem 576nm) possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin.
