| Product description | ATTO488-Actin is chemically modified rabbit skeletal G-actin carrying covalently attached ATTO488 fluorescent groups on lysine residues. The protein is prepared from alpha-skeletal actin isolated from rabbit skeletal muscle. Skeletal muscle actin is a single-chain polypeptide of approximately 42 kDa consisting of 375 amino acids. ATTO488-Actin is designed for fluorescence-based actin assays and provides a defined fluorescent signal while retaining the polymerization properties required for actin-based biochemical workflows. |
