Product description
|
Fast and safe single molecule imaging with Tornado-SMI™ 550. The kit was developed for fast and safe protein labelling for high resolution imging techniques. Tornado-SMI™ 550 is a complete kit for protein labelling at fluorescent excitation wavelenghts of 565nm.
The kit contains TORNADO-Dye 550 to label 4x250µg of protein by esterification, mini columns and buffers for labelling and purification. The kit permits a fast and guaranteed safe labelling of proteins without impairing its biological function.
Tornado-SMI™ 550 gives a strong orange fluorescence of strong brightness and photostability.
