ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies represent a new generation of fluorescent reagents, characterized by their exceptional fluorescence intensity, superior photostability, and consistent performance across various applications. Goat Anti-Human IgG ATTO390 is specifically optimized for high-resolution microscopy, offering remarkable photostability and a high fluorescence quantum yield. These properties enable prolonged imaging sessions with minimal photobleaching, ensuring sharp and reliable signals. ATTO390 exhibits a distinct excitation/emission spectrum (390/479 nm), enabling reliable detection in fluorescence-based applications. While its fluorescence characteristics can support multiplex imaging, careful pairing with fluorophores of non-overlapping spectra is essential to minimize spectral overlap. Its compatibility with UV-excitable systems depends on the excitation source, as ATTO390's excitation peak lies at the edge of the UV range. Its strong fluorescence signal and low autofluorescence background make it highly effective in detecting low-abundance targets and achieving precise spatial resolution, even in dense or complex biological samples. This antibody is preservative-free, making it suitable for live-cell imaging and other sensitive applications requiring minimal interference. | Purification notes | Affinity purification effectively removed all goat serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to human IgG.
