Description
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies represent a new generation of fluorescent reagents, valued for their exceptional fluorescence intensity, photostability, and reliability in advanced applications. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO647N is widely acclaimed in scientific research for its superior performance in super-resolution techniques such as STED, PALM, and STORM microscopy, as well as confocal imaging.
The ATTO647N dye exhibits a distinct excitation/emission spectrum (λex: 645 nm, λem: 669 nm), offering exceptional brightness and minimal autofluorescence. It features outstanding photostability, enabling prolonged imaging sessions with high signal-to-noise ratios, even in challenging conditions. This makes it particularly suitable for applications requiring precise spatial resolution and quantitative analysis of molecular interactions.
ATTO647N is highly favored in scientific research due to its low non-specific binding, compatibility with a variety of imaging systems, and ability to perform in multiplex experiments alongside fluorophores with non-overlapping spectra. Its performance in near-infrared fluorescence reduces background noise and enhances clarity, especially in densely labeled or complex biological samples.
The antibody is preservative-free, ensuring compatibility with sensitive live-cell imaging techniques and other delicate applications. Its robustness and high affinity guarantee reliable detection of low-abundance targets, making it indispensable in cutting-edge biological research.

Purification notes
Affinity purification effectively removed all goat serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to mouse IgG. Following conjugation to ATTO647N the antibody was further purified by gel filtration, resulting in a highly pure and specific antibody.
Hypermol® secondary antibodies are highly specific and purified to remove unbound dye, minimizing background signal.
