| Product name |
AMP, Synonyms: Adenosine 5'-monophosphate |
| Product description |
Adenosine 5'-monophosphate (AMP) is a central nucleotide metabolite and a component of energy- and signaling-related pathways. In biochemical and actin/myosin-related assay systems, AMP is used as a defined nucleotide condition and control component.
The supplied AMP is pre-adjusted to pH 7.4 for convenient preparation of a stable stock. Reconstitution with 1.0 ml ultrapure water yields a ready-to-use 100 mM solution without additional titration. |
| Overview |
Suited to supplement all buffers and solutions buffered at ~pH 7.4. |
