ADP
100 mM, pH 7.4 | 2x 250 µl
Make a stable, fresh solution by adding 250 µl ultrapure water.
Cat. #: 5128-01
Applications
Suited to supplement all buffers and solutions buffered at ~pH 7.4.
Description
| |
| Product name |
ADP, Synonyms: Adenosine 5'-diphosphate |
| Product description |
Adenosine 5'-diphosphate (ADP) is a central nucleotide in cellular energy metabolism and a key ligand for ATPase-driven protein systems. In actin- and myosin-based assays, ADP is used to probe nucleotide-dependent conformational states and kinetics.
The supplied ADP is pre-adjusted to pH 7.4 for stability and convenience. Reconstitution with 250 µl ultrapure water yields a 100 mM stock solution with consistent pH, avoiding additional titration steps. |
| Overview |
Suited to supplement all buffers and solutions buffered at ~pH 7.4. |
Properties
