Toolkit description
|
The Actin-Toolkit Microinjection all-in-one kit contains rhodamine conjugated α-actin to be microinjected into either normal or transfected cells. For this purpose purified actin was covalently lysine labeled at ATTO565 , leaving the polymerization properties of actin essentially unimpaired.
The Actin-Toolkit Microinjection contains 4x100µg ATTO565-Actin, rhodamine conjugated BSA as a reference, ATP-buffers suited for microinjection of actin and mini filter units for the convenient preparation of injectable actin. A handbook is provided with the kit, giving a detailed description of the use of actin for the microinjection technique for a safe and error-free handling of ATTo565 actin.
