Description
|
ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies represent a new generation of fluorescent reagents, distinguished by their exceptional fluorescence intensity, superior photostability, and reliability in diverse applications. Goat Anti-Mouse IgM ATTO430LS is notable for its large Stokes shift of 109 nm, providing excellent separation between excitation and emission wavelengths. This feature makes it particularly well-suited for multiplexing approaches, enabling precise signal discrimination when used alongside fluorophores with overlapping spectra.
The antibody is preservative-free, making it compatible with a wide range of applications, including live-cell imaging and other sensitive techniques. Its strong fluorescence signal, minimal non-specific binding, and enhanced photostability ensure high performance in demanding experimental conditions, such as complex tissue samples or dynamic live-cell environments.

Purification notes
|
Affinity purification effectively removed all goat serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to mouse IgM. After conjugation to the dye, the antibody was further purified by gel filtration, resulting in a highly pure and specific antibody.
