| Description |
ATTO-labelled secondary antibodies belong to the new generation of fluorescent antibodies characterized by their exceptional fluorescence intensity and superior photostability.
Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO390 features a large Stokes shift of 86 nm and is thus specifically suited for multiplex approaches. The antibody is suitable for immunobased applications, including live cell techniques, since it contains no preservatives.
Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO390 (H+L) is an antigen-specific antibody. Affinity purification removed essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to mouse IgG. Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG is conjugated to ATTO390 (Abs. max. 390 nm; Em. max. 476 nm) and further purified by gel filtration.
Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO390 (H+L) is supplied in unit sizes of 1.0 mg as a lyophilized powder, shipped at room temperature. For convenient reconstitution, a glycerol buffer is provided. This enables re-freezing of the antibody at -20°C after use to maintain quality and allows for the preparation of aliquots, which can also be stored at -20°C for sequential use.
