ATTO-labeled secondary antibodies represent a new generation of fluorescent reagents, distinguished by their exceptional fluorescence intensity, superior photostability, and reliability in diverse applications. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO532 provides a highly efficient excitation/emission spectrum, enabling excellent compatibility with fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry platforms. The ATTO532 dye exhibits a distinct excitation/emission spectrum (λex: 532 nm, λem: 553 nm), making it particularly suitable for imaging applications requiring high signal-to-noise ratios and minimal background fluorescence. | Purification notes | Affinity purification effectively removed all goat serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to mouse IgG. Hypermol® secondary antibodies are highly specific and purified to remove unbound dye, minimizing background signal. |
