| Description |
ATTO-labelled secondary antibodies belong to the new generation of fluorescent antibodies characterized by their exceptional fluorescence intensity and superior photostability. Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO594 (H+L) is suited for high-resolution microscopy due to its high photostability and strong fluorescence quantum yield.
The antibody is preservative-free and therefore compatible with sensitive applications, including live cell techniques. ATTO594 exhibits a distinct excitation/emission spectrum (λex: 601 nm, λem: 627 nm) enabling robust signal generation and reliable multiplexing with far-red compatible channel selection.
Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO594 (H+L) is an antigen-specific antibody. Affinity purification removed essentially all donkey serum proteins, including immunoglobulins not specifically binding to mouse IgG. Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG is conjugated to ATTO594 and further purified by gel filtration.
Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG ATTO594 (H+L) is supplied in unit sizes of 1.0 mg as a lyophilized powder, shipped at room temperature. For convenient reconstitution, a glycerol buffer is provided. This enables re-freezing of the antibody at -20°C after use to maintain quality and allows for the preparation of aliquots, which can also be stored at -20°C for sequential use.
