MonoMix is a G-actin buffer, used to dilute G-actin or G-actin ligands. Actin from Hypermol is supplied in MonoMix and can be reconstituted simply by the addition of H2O. To further dilute G-actin, either MonoMix or a freshly made buffer containing the components listed below should be used. |
