| Quantity | 5x 1.0 ml 50x stock (reconstitute each tube with 1 ml ultrapure water to obtain a 50x stock). The stocks can be diluted to prepare a total of 250 ml of G-actin buffer. This buffer is ideal for dialyzing G-actin or actin ligands. |
| Buffer | 2mM Tris-Cl pH 8.2, 0.4mM ATP, 0.1mM CaCl2 and 1mM DTT, when each tube is reconstituted with 50 ml ultrapure water. |
