Protein description

Actin from non-muscle sources is a mixture of β/γ non-muscle actin isoforms. Both are single chain polypeptides with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 374 amino acids. ATTO647-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO647 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues. ATTO647-Actin (λ_ex 647nm, λ_em669nm) possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin.

This product is supplied with a degree of labelling (DOL) between 0.5 and 0.8. The precise DOL is stated in the DataSheet supplied with the product.
